Terms of Use
Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to all ArjunTech LLC products and services, including Sunday Album and Delicious Trades. By using any ArjunTech product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using ArjunTech products. By submitting content, you grant ArjunTech LLC a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership over your content and do not use it for advertising or training AI models.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Abuse or attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ArjunTech product.
- Use any ArjunTech product in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Free tiers and paid plans
Some ArjunTech products offer free tiers alongside paid plans. Desktop apps are free with no account required. Web apps may have usage limits on free tiers. ArjunTech LLC reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
ArjunTech products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Use our products at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArjunTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any ArjunTech product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
