Arjun technologies recently finalised an order for Hot Dispersion System with M/s Nikita Papers Limited, Shamli, U P. and Shree Badri Kedar Papers Pvt. Ltd. Najibabad, U.P.
The newly ordered system is for treating Imported OCC & Indian Waste (DSOCC, AOCC) furnish BROWN GRADE stock and is aimed at producing high quality Kraft Liner. The system is for 160tpd capacity and includes a full-fledged pressurised hot dispersion system from Screw Press, Plug Screw, Shredder, Heating Screw, In-feeder and finally to Arjun Disperser AD-600.

ITC PSPD Unit Tribeni has placed an order for a Pope Reel for their PM IV. This is the first Pope Reel order for M/s Arjun Technologies (I) Ltd. The Pope Reel is designed for a paper width of 2.8 m with a speed of upto 275 mpm and for producing Decorative laminate and other speciality grades of paper.

Mysore Paper Mills have conferred an order on M/s Kadant Johnson for the rebuild of the Steam and Condensate System for their PM IV. This Rebuild is being executed on a turn key basis with our Principals M/s Kadant Johnson supplying the Engineering and Critical equipment like Rotary Joints And Stationary Siphons while Arjun Technologies is supplying the peripheral Equipment like Condensers, Piping, pumps, etc.

M/s Balakrishna Paper Mills has placed an order on Kadant Lamort and Arjun Technologies (I) Ltd. for two number Pulper and Poire system. The Supply includes supply of a High Consistency Pulper and Poire System for 60 TPD Under Layer and 120 TPD Filler Layer.

M/s Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Unit CP has placed an order on Kadant Lamort and Arjun Technologies (I) Ltd. For the upgradation of their existing 2nd hand De-inking Line of Voith Make to manufacture 120 TPD of high brightness Pulp for writing and Printing application. M/s Kadant Lamort in cooperation with Arjun technologies would be upgrading the existing system to  a 120 tpd two loop Deinking Line. The supply comprises of upgrading the existing screening and cleaning, a new  flotation in the 1st Stage, thickening and Hot Dipersing equipment.  The order was received against stiff competition from reputed overseas suppliers.

M/s  Ruby Macons Ltd, Morai, Vapi, Gujarat. Rebuild of 2nd hand Poly Disc Filter.
Arjun Technologies added a feather to its cap by undertaking upgradation of a 2nd hand Poly Disc Filter, that came with the imported 2nd hand Paper Machine  of M/s  Ruby Macons Ltd, Morai, Vapi, Gujarat.
The Disc Filter is for backwater clarification and fibre recovery application of Ruby’s 300tpd high quality Kraft Liner Paper Machine.
The upgradation was mainly about replacing the older design disc segments with the latest design with higher capacity and efficiency. The disc filter has since then been commissioned successfully to customers’ satisfaction.

M/s  Siddeshwari has placed an order on Arjun Technologies for a Rewinder and a Disc Filter.
Arjun Technologies added a feather to its cap as this is the first Rewinder Order for Arjun.This rewinder is designed for a speed of 1000 mpm and web width of 2600 mm.
The Disc Filter is for thickening of pulp.
Both the disc filter and Rewinder  has since then been commissioned successfully to customers’ satisfaction.

Arjun technologies received an order for supply of equipments for 60 TPD De-inking system for top layer with M/S Saraswati Udyog India Ltd. SUIL situated in Erode, Tamilnadu is one of the very well known names in the high quality coated board manufacturing sector. The newly ordered system is for treating SUIL’s top layer furnish and is aimed at enhancing its already high quality standards even further. The system is for 60tpd capacity and includes De-inking System, Centricleaners, Arjun’s Poly Disc Filter as well as provisions for dual bleaching sequence and a Hot Dispersion system totally engineered and manufactured by Arjun.

ABB Cellier and Arjun technologies received an order for 2 nos Reactors from M/s Asian Paints Ltd for their Rohtak Plant. The capacity of each of the Reactor is 25 m3 and these reactors would be the biggest reactors in Asia. While ABB would supply the Agitators and the mechanism, the reactor would be supplied by M/s Arjun Technologies (I) Ltd. This reactor is jacketed and is internally elctropolished to 240 grits. 

Arjun technologies received an order for a 60 TPD Hot Dispersion System to treat the filler and Back layer  with M/S Saraswati Udyog India Ltd. This 2nd hand line is a mix of Ahlstrom and Comer equipment.  M/s Kadant Lamort in cooperation with Arjun technologies would be upgrading the existing system to  a 120 tpd two loop Deinking Line. The supply comprises of upgrading the existing screening and cleaning, a new HD Cleaner, new flotation in the 1st Stage, thickening and Hot Dipersing equipment, High Consistency Storage Tower ( The Polcon Tower).  The order was received against stiff competition from reputed overseas suppliers.

Arjun Technologies has bagged an order from M/s Balaji Malts P Ltd for a disc filter for Pulp Thickening application.
This Disc Filter is for Pulp thickening of the de-inked pulp.

Arjun technologies recently finalised an order for Hot Dispersion System with M/S M/s Prolific Paper Mill, situated in Kashipur Uttarkhand for a complete Hot dispersion System
The newly ordered system is for treating PPML and is aimed at enhancing its already high quality standards even further. The system is for 100 tpd capacity and supply includes an inclined dewatering screw followed by the complete pressurized hot dispersion system.
